Is Religion a Key Aspect of Virtue?
In your paper, you spoke a lot about religion and spirituality providing rituals and practices. One key aspect of virtue that I didn't feel you directly spoke to was how religion and spirituality do with respect to cultivating appropriate motivation as a key aspect of Virtue. Have you thought about the ways it does or does not appeal to motivation? It really shows that this has been a primary concern for researchers since the beginning That there are lots of reasons people engage in religion which then affects their moral behavior.
