The Russian Foreign Policy

The Russian foreign ministry has come up with a modified updated version of the foreign policy. It's clear that the Russians would like to create a new revised world order, which is no longer completely led by the US. But we don't know which is the truth in the absence of any actual evidence, disclosed evidence. So, I don't know who was behind it. Is there a possibility that somebody or the other was involved? The possibility is there. We don't have conclusive evidence of that and therefore, yeah, don't say anything.
