Vulnerability, the word vulnerable on an emotional scale is under the category of afraid or scared. And so, vulnerability is the ability to be afraid and do something anyway. That's what we are inviting people into. Hey, you give us the gift of your vulnerability. What are you really giving us? And why do we treasure it so much? Because what you are giving us will always be something you are afraid to give. You know how you will be judged by that. I resonate with that deeply. It's a code that we broke. We were breaking codes and we were making code break. The world does not offer that. Even the people who pretend to.
