Max Linsky: Elizabeth Holmes says she didn't watch the hula show, but when I told her how comedic it is, she was really. She feels like this story is a tragedy, not a comedy, right? But there is so much comedy and it's part of why it's it's been pop culture catnip, right? The voice and the green juices and the turtlenecs and the dancing to Lil Wayne and the like baby Yoda sings all over the office that I think has given it legs in pop culture. And from her perspective, it's sort of all tragedy, if that makes sense.

“The subject thought it was a hit job. Twitter thought it was a puff piece. I don’t know, guys. … I want to explain to people what it feels like to be around someone who you know you shouldn’t believe, but you can’t help believing them because this is what their personality is like when you’re with them.”
