The Importance of Owning Uncertainty

Sally Kohn: I had Kelly Roach on the show and she talks about conviction marketing. She says if you don't strongly believe in what you're saying or doing, no one's going to follow you. When a client asks her for advice, there is often some uncertainty about how they'll implement it. But by owning that uncertainty, we can indicate "hey, some things have to happen" And so making things simple is really not just about reducing complication but relentlessly prioritizing your value proposition.
