Are You Disassociating From Your Body?

There's a really good chance you are disassociating and disconnected from your body due to some overwhelming feelings inside. It could even be that you are just employing the disassociation because of just habit. And in this case, you must learn to listen to what is going on inside of yourself. Like if you have been avoiding painful feelings for a very long time, you likely have complete inner chaos and conflicting emotions all the time. So it takes a lot of pulling out of like very like listening as hard as you can. I just start by choosing to figure out how you are feeling, and trying to figure out, like, what makes you feel good or bad?
