The Issue With Teachers Leaving the Profession

There's a big issue in terms of not only recruitment of teachers, but retention of teachers. If you say 25 hours a week teaching, five hours a day, sounds like a lot. We will find it easier to recruit if we get back to allowing more time and focus on people still doing a set mark of teaching,. But spending less time doing the planning, marking and everything else.
