I think a lot of what's written in there comes out of just the conversations I'm having with patients. Having some recordings of those was really helpful to kind of go back and remember how what worked. When you started the podcast, it was about six months into the bookwriting process. That gradually that made you more cognizant of how to communicate science and medical topics.
