Over a million weagers and other ethic minorities are currently detained within a secret network of chinese government run camps. Amnesty international and human rights watch call crimes against humanity. Chinese authorities say the camps are designed to root out extreme thoughts that breed terrorism. But if you actually look at the kinds of things people can get sent into camps for, the offences are pretty normal stuff.
