When it comes to banks they really do require buyers experience a lot of times, which is kind of like a chicken and the problem I guess is you have to have hotel experience to own a hotel. It doesn't matter if you have prior hotels or not, right so there's a lot of additional requirements because now you are dealing with folks who are trained in hospitality they went to school for hospitality. They have fancy degrees for hospitality.
