The Importance of Gutting Past Experiences
When you have sometimes really old childhood past experiences or roles like dynamics that you kind of grew up with, they can be the cause for all of this obsessive reading and trying to decode others. So maybe if you have a past that somehow made you feel ashamed, maybe you had a parent who made you feel low in a certain way,. You might wear a hidden truth about yourself still to this day that you can't even identify as something false because it becomes like a defining trait. It's very, very important that you work with somebody like a therapist to gut them so you can understand them.
