Lary Leavy and other experimenters took controlled doses of sala sibin. The term psychodalic, meaning soul revealing, was coined by the british psychiatrist humphrey osmond. Learry became convinced that if lsd could work on alcoholics, it could also be used to help reshape the personalities of habitual criminals. But critics pointed out that prisoners had been getting a lot of attention without individual support from their therapists. So he started experiments in prison with men who shared his idea for group therapy. Lary believed this would end up revolutionizing psychology - giving them insights unattainable by other methods.
