Ukrainian Refugees Are Leaving Ukraine
More than 50 cruise missiles have landed across the country this morning. Russia has come out and claimed responsibility for these saying that it struck specifically energy systems in Ukraine with high precision strikes. This is a tactic that we've seen increasingly over recent weeks where Russia is targeting energy infrastructure and leaving citizens Pretty vulnerable as a result in Kiv today, 80% of homes are without water and then a further 350,000 homes are without power.
