In developing countries, the big challenge is not implementation of these technologies. It's making sure that capital is finding opportunities to invest in those countries. The legal infrastructure may not be as strong and more political instability makes long-term investments harder to make or are made at a much higher cost of capital. We don't have easy solutions to that one today.
