The value of non-traded rates does seem to be rising according to the returns being released by Blackstone and other firms in the same space. The fund is shown a return of over 13% per year after fees since inception in 2017. Last year it earned $1.4 billion in fees for Blackstone, which made up one fifth of Blackstone's overall fee revenues.
