No it's certainly a privilege like of course I can do it right now because I know I can find the job easily without having to pull myself through that but yeah I definitely sympathize with people who are just starting and they definitely can't avoid this. Like you're going to get some people who just get very nervous and they're going to end up fairly miserable although they are probably going to do a good job as a developer. That's my take on it.
