The Origin of the Ismaelis

Ismaelis were branched within Shiite Islam, which achieved a remarkable political success. The Fatimid Caliphate, which held control of Egypt from the early 10th until the later 12th century was Ismaelis. Like al-Ameri of the Kindian tradition, they apply Quranic epithets like throne and pen to the Neoplatonic entities. They accept the production of a universal intellect and soul from God.
