How to Be a More Responsive Genius in an Emergency

Tracy: We all have a tendency to default to the ones that we're most comfortable with. In an emergency, what tends to happen or in crisis is actually my disruptive geniuses get even louder and I'm less nuanced. Pat: Just because I'm good at something doesn't mean that's the right thing to do. It sounded like there was a story there, Pat.
