But if you're engaging along in good times and bad, maybe they're going to perceive you differently. So encouraging people by saying, please show your thoughts. Or if you had a bad experience, please let us know what your experience is. We found that when people engage with a brand, and if they're negative, they feel so much better about the brand and go out and buy it again.
