Is There a System of Meritocracy?
The US system can seem very peculiar to people outside of the United States. And so in a sense, there has to be some level of selection bias, right? There has to be a sort of subjective opinion by this group of people making a decision over this class. So I just want to point that out that systems of meritocracy are never... There's no like pure form of meritocracy.
