Compass: A Stock You Can Own for a Trade
The CEO of Compass is just on closing bell over time a little while ago and he was talking about how everybody with a, you know, super low mortgage rate, they're holding on. That creates even more inventory bottlenecks in terms of supply in the market. I think what you're going to see with some of these names, analysts will start playing catch up. You're going to start seeing an upgrade cycle price targets raised. This is probably a stock you can own for a trade here, for sure.
