You have to find a doctor who is non-judgmental. Email and text when you have a UTI or when you have BV, all of which is normal. And also there's so much stigma that it's about being unclean. You naturally have yeast in your vagina at all times. It's doing certain things like drinking a lot of alcohol if you're really stressed out. If you were on antibiotics then it disrupts the pH.
