How Do You Know When You Feel Most of Ease?

The first piece I want, I encourage folks to begin with is how start noticing when you feel good. And oftentimes this takes time and some real trial and error, because we're not,. but we're evolutionarily wired to notice when we feel threatened when we feel stressed. So it does take conscious practice to A, notice when we're feeling at ease and settled, and B, start to train our nervous systems to find that sense of contentment more easily.
