The Importance of Cultural Exchange in the War
Even in Canada, there was people talking about cancelling certain orchestras and ballets for a bit. That to me, my bias is that's ridiculous. So I think keeping the doors open to someone who might be from Russia if they have nothing to do with the war and they're not a war criminal or just trying to get out of there keeps that cultural door open.
