The Infra Structure Rentier
Orkeve is a major tele communications company that owns much of the uk. Telecoms intrstructure. The way it makes money is by receiving access and usage payments from those companies who need to access its structure in order to operate their businesses. What they are essentially doing is paying arkeve rents in order to use their infra structure. And so arcive is what i refer to as an infra structure rontier. It's a rentier that makes money through the ownership or control of intra structures essential to service delivery of various kinds.
