Data Centers - What's Next?

Mumbai and Chennai have, I would say, been extremely fortunate because we are both on that cable route under sea cable route from where the entire thing goes to the rest of the country. We will see data centers coming up. These will mean not so many jobs, but a great amount of consumption that takes place. UI everybody will see in time to come that all of us will continue to own a real real asset. That's a home or and at the same point of time hold a stake in all these real estate assets.
