The Politics of AI Adoption
China in particular has been talking about intelligent sized warfare at least as early as 2011. The ability of those systems to set a clear destination I think also the information in the end is power and when you have such a centralized system as the CCP has it's much easier to demand that everybody says there's information with one centralized authority. There are increasing proliferation of open source large language models that they're slightly smaller but their performance is practically comparable even if on some bench not so. Non-state armed groups that are out there that are frankly increasingly sophisticated in their technology sense we've seen haven't we the emergence of groups that are able to do pretty amazing things in the information domain frankly.
