Mindfulness Practices Can Help With Anxiety

The four foundations of mindfulness are the breath, the body. Rat we notice if things are pleasant, unpleasant or neutral. And then we start looking at our thoughts. We pay attention to what are those thoughts comprised of? How many negative things am i saying? What kind of relationship do i have with my body, this person? Why am i always constantly putting myself down? So that's where the mindfulness practices come in, to redirect those negative thoughts and say, wait a second, is that the truth? Because thoughts are just thoughts. It's beautifully said. The truth is in the moment.
