How to Say No to People Too Early
A lot of the things that I learned on Sense of Overdrive, beyond just like, practicing what it means to make an open world game was like, things that I had trouble with and I was trying to unpack by that time in my career. Because I was probably like, seven or eight years into games around then, was like, when do you say no to someone? And when is it too early? "I tend to be very, very scope conscious because I've worked on big sprawling systems," he says.
