He says nuclear power plant especially today's design the bulk of your costs and effort is really commodity stuff cement boiler like steam so nuclear cycle then as a steam cycle next to it. Raoul: At some point you want technologies that are more flexible this is the same ask that we technologically should be doing out of coal power plants they will need to operate in a portfolio with wind and solar.
