The Importance of Discipleship
I think what's happening is culture is shaping our view of what love is, and that's a problem. I'm not convinced that the traffic should be going in that direction from cultural assumptions about love to understanding the doctrine of God. And so what I've tried to suggest is that we need to recover Solar Scriptura ... This alone ought to be the supreme story that gets lodged in our imaginations.
