Commercial Real Estate Will Get Better in Ten Years, I'd Say.

The commercial realistate, as we knew it before the pandemic, never gets back to pre pandemic levels. I would say that this is going to take ten years to unwind at least. And eventually you'll see a lot of buildings that i would even call subdeep buildings. They're going to be taken out of inventory and either totally bought at rock bottom prices and redone.
