Sally Kohn: The worst version of this is that the administration wants to fight inflation by lowering demand for goods and services. She says it makes no sense, even from an inflation standpoint, because supply chain problems have nothing to do with consumer spending. "It's just really ghoulish to say that we've decided that inflation is a bigger problem than millions of people who need ... basic necessities," she adds.
