The Process of Sign Language in Someone at a Computer

I'm glad you're revealing to me that it was actually a process because the couple of times I had the opportunity to go to 11 Madison Park and walk in that door and they greeted me by name without a podium, I always just thought it was some sort of witchcraft. It amazed me every time. Here's the deal. It wasn't hard. It just required that we tried harder. Things that require that you try harder to achieve them aren't hard. Nuclear physics. That's hard.
