The Importance of Criticism
When I am criticized, I feel the overwhelming majority. Even if they said it productively, my initial reaction was defensiveness. This is why people, as we were talking about earlier, use the word feedback. Most people in the working world today better in their 40s or 50s were not around. It will benefit them if everybody can remember when they are criticized simply to see it as information that can help them grow.
