Shorter is better, and earlier in the day is better. It also depends on why you're taking a nap. For me, i had one bad o sleep. I probably would have set an alarm for a 20 to 30 minute nap. The idea of a power nap, there is some validity to that. You don't want too long a nape. One of your famous quotes is, a great sleep is the new great sex. Is that something that you truly believe? Do you stand by that? Wel, i don't think it's a replacement for great sex,. An we need to be thinking about your great sleep as a vital component of our healthy relationships.
