Kate says, of this book, it wasn't terrible, just a slight and dated bit of one trick pony post modernism. Some wincingly ham visted attempts to write from a woman's perspective. Parenthes menstuations, just like a randomly gushing tap in ye, it just shows up a lot. I still do menstrate to day. Incidentally, if irregularlya few lines down, there is naturally nothing in the iliad or in any of the plays about anybody menstrating,. So less a woman did not write that.
