Dr. Manock's Evidence in Anajane-Chaney's Trial

The most damning forensic evidence in Anajane-Chaney's case were the subtle bruises on her left leg that purportedly supported the grip theory. When a bruise is microscopically examined, red blood cells can be seen in the surrounding tissue. Neither Dr. Manock nor any other forensic investigator had done this. The only photos that existed from the autopsy were 22 black and white images of Anajane's legs and torso. To the naked eye, the so-called thumb bruise was virtually non-existent.
