I would probably go with the warehouse for the sole reason that most often warehouses are cookie cutter. One warehouse is going to work very well for the next warehouse in tenant, where those manufacturing properties, there's often a lot of customization that goes into those. I'm as much as I love projecting growth and seeing how how much things can go, I also am very psychotic about downside risk. So I like the warehousing tenant more.
