The Bolsheviks and the World Revolution

The Bolsheviks were religious believers. They believed in this extension of the cosmic conflict between good and evil that is going to be resolved at Armageddon. The, the thing that fueled Christian eschatology, the, the heart in the heartless world that Marx talks about when he talks about religion. But now that's gone and we live in the world where Satan won the battle of Armageddon. Now that doesn't mean we're damned though. It just means that the world as we know it will never be reconciled to us. We will die together either in paradise we build on earth or a paradise of action where we are building something.
