The Importance of Mind Relationship to the Body in Meditation
For the first seven years of my practicing, I did it in all BIPOC spaces. It really gave me the opportunity to fortify and cultivate the skill of the practice. Even to this day when there are BIPOC people that come in to do retreats they've never sat in an affinity group. There's nothing like the body being able to be relaxed. That's one of the major components that's useful with practice.
