There is no known toxic effect of a build up of the psegamedex bacharonium inert molecule in your body. There are really no indicated dose adjustments for patients who have cardiac disease mild to moderate renal impairment pulmonary disease or geriatric patients that are greater than 65 years and older. And this would be of clinical importance obviously in those patients where succinylcholine is contraindicated for rapid sequence induction. Absolutely.
