The Importance of Forest Land Exemptions From the Forest Conservation Act
There is a debate on whether new forests actually can fulfill the conservation mandate or not. The scope of the Forest Conservation Act has been expanded to any land on which the dictionary meaning of forests would apply. This amendment bill basically seeks to bring together what an Indian, in some sense,Whether you call it narrow or restricted or, or they say, very clarify the scope of what the law would apply on.
