The Importance of Qualitative Knowledge
The qualitative is making some kind of a comeback through panpsychism. We can't take everybody's experience equally because you don't know what kind of sense-making apparatus they're pouring that experience through and like we said before intuition often masquerades as bias. You can never fully trust what anyone says but at the same time it does not relegate the qualitative to being less than the quantitative if you look at Plato's hierarchy of knowledge for instance.
