I think great leaders are looking at, you know, how to develop folks for me. One of the biggest joys in my careers when I watch folks move from individual contributors to managers or directors to VPs and there's a handful of folks that I can name have done that. So if you're excelling in your career in your field, you're going to get the ear and the attention of a lot of leaders. The world focuses on problems but truly exceptional people go beyond the problem. Those are the types of things that usually get considered by leadership.
