The Effects of Pentathenic Acid on Digestive Health

Most studies do take pentathenic acid with food, and that could also potentially be one reason why the report of side effects are so minimal. It probably doesn't matter as much for niacin and riboflavin in terms of retaining it with the meal because everything we looked at has higher retention. But apart from the possibility that you'd minimize digestive concerns, if it matters, it's probably better to take it with food againfrom the perspective of retaining it through doing something with it. There's no rational basis for doing the opposite.
