CHAPTER

The Belt Bible Is Not in Need of an Overhaul

Insects, non steroidal anti inflammatory drugs have been shown to inhibit hypertrophy in healthy young subjects. Incets don't seem to have much an effect on cox one and cox two. Aspirin is also a reversible cox two inhibitor, and also an irreversible one inhibitors. The mechanism by which aspirin works may actually make it slightly worse for hypertrophy than inseds. In high doses of inseds, that knocks their inflammation levels down too low for optimal hypertrophy signalling. If someone's elderly or has higher inflammation levels, bringing their levels back into n of the optimal hermetic range can actually improve hypertrophy.
