The Enneagram and the Culture Good

Gooder has a three-month onboarding process for new employees. The company uses the Enneagram, GTD and scavenger hunts to help them understand their role at Gooder. Each employee is also asked four questions: What's your spirit animal? If you had unlimited funds, where would you take a month long trip to? And so everybody does that. They're collecting photos of people who have done this or gotten tattooed with it.
