When you prescribe it in a more intentional and more specific manner...you're very clear on how you're actually going to get those videos recorded and sent. Much bigger impact, much bigger value. So here's part one, your business assessment. Step two, list out moments that matter by stakeholder group. Look at that prospect to customer journey or look at that recruit to employee journey. Where are the calls stopping being returned? Are you setting appointments, but people aren't showing? We call these points of friction and failure.
