I think even the sort of novel way that some of the states are starting to look at these mergers like, you know, sort of like Washington state. I mean, obviously lost that case to sort of block Kroger Albertsons on the on the PE dividend. Those when you look at those state laws, they're often more robust or more open ended or they have some kind of public interest standard or something like that. And so makes it, I think, more interesting and powerful than federal antitrust law.
